“looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Hebrews 12:2 NKJV
You have a mission to accomplish in this life and it’s going to require the help and support of many others.
Any vision that is born out of God will always be bigger than you the individual, hence you ought to make room for others.
In doing so however, don’t take your eyes off Jesus when he brings you the required people.
Don’t indulge in the blessings to the neglect of the Blesser.
In looking unto Jesus at all times, you will discover that His eyes was on the throne and the joy that has been set before Him.
You can endure anything today if you’re able to see the end from the beginning.
We are never promised an easy route in the pursuit of this thing called life, but we are determined to travel on it in spite of all the oppositions.
- We will suffer betrayal
- We will suffer neglect
- We will suffer hunger
- We will suffer insults
- We will suffer open rebellion
- We will suffer hypocrisy
- We will suffer pure lies
- We will suffer sickness
- We will suffer lack
- We will suffer ill motives
- We will suffer setbacks
But through it all, we will fix our eyes on Jesus for the grace that enabled him to go to the cross to save humanity.
“For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.”
Hebrews 12:3 NKJV
I’m praying this weekend for everyone I’m privileged to reach through this devotional to receive special grace from God to move forward in all pursuits and endeavors. Amen
You are blessed
